Carry Wealth Holdings Limited released an updated governance structure that will take effect on 30 June 2026. The Board will comprise four directors: Executive Directors Mr. Li Xiaoming and Mr. Lee Chi Ho, alongside Independent Non-Executive Directors (INEDs) Ms. Li Qian, who will serve as Lead INED, and Mr. Lam Chi Wing.

Key committee appointments were also confirmed:

• Audit Committee – Chaired by Ms. Li Qian with Mr. Lam Chi Wing as member. • Remuneration Committee – Chaired by Mr. Lam Chi Wing with Ms. Li Qian as member. • Nomination Committee – Chaired by Mr. Lam Chi Wing with Ms. Li Qian as member. • Investment Committee – Comprised solely of Mr. Lee Chi Ho.
