Fineland Living Services Group Limited issued a letter on 15 May 2026 reminding registered shareholders that the company has fully adopted electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications, in line with a notification first released on 24 January 2024.
Key points:
• Scope of documents: The electronic distribution covers directors’ reports, annual and interim reports (and any summaries), notices of meeting, listing documents, circulars, and proxy forms.
• Access channels: English and Chinese versions will be posted on both the company website (www.finelandassets.com) and the HKEX news site (www.hkexnews.hk); no hard copies will be dispatched unless specifically requested.
• Call for email addresses: Shareholders who have not yet submitted a functional email address are urged to email a scanned, signed Reply Form to ir@fydc.cn or mail the form to Unit B, 17/F, United Centre, 95 Queensway, Admiralty, Hong Kong.
• Consequences of non-response: Without a valid email on record, investors will not receive publication alerts, must check the above websites proactively, and will only be mailed “Actionable Corporate Communications” (materials that require shareholder instructions).
• Opt-in for printed copies: Shareholders preferring hard-copy communications can request them by completing the Reply Form or emailing their details to ir@fydc.cn. This instruction remains valid for one year from the company’s receipt of the request.
• Enquiry channel: Questions can be directed to the shareholder hotline at (852) 5478 0938 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time), Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
The company emphasizes that timely submission of email contact details will ensure uninterrupted receipt of corporate information under its electronic communication framework.
