Bank of Guizhou Proposes Final Dividend of RMB 0.6 per 10 Shares for FY 2025

Bank of Guizhou Co., Ltd. (Bank of Guizhou) disclosed a proposed final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.6 per 10 shares for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, according to its 31 March 2026 announcement.

The payout remains subject to shareholder approval, with the ex-dividend date, record date, payment date, exchange rate and Hong Kong dollar equivalent still to be confirmed.

Tax treatment: • Non-resident enterprise shareholders will face a 10 % withholding rate. • Individual holders registered in Hong Kong, Macau or jurisdictions with a 10 % treaty rate will also be subject to 10 %. • Residents of jurisdictions with treaty rates below 10 % will be withheld at 10 % but may apply for a refund of the excess after tax-authority approval. • Shareholders from jurisdictions with a 20 % treaty rate or without a tax treaty will be subject to 20 % withholding.
