Centurion Corporation Limited has priced 200 million Singapore dollars of five-year fixed-rate sustainability notes under its 750 million Singapore dollars multicurrency debt issuance programme. The Series 008 notes are expected to be issued at par on or about Sep, 01 2026 and will mature on Sep, 01 2031.
The securities will carry a fixed coupon of 4.00% per annum, payable semi-annually, and will be offered in denominations of 250,000 Singapore dollars. Net proceeds will fund, finance or refinance eligible green and social projects in accordance with the company’s Sustainability Financing Framework, launched in Aug, 2026.
DBS Bank Ltd. is acting as sole lead manager, bookrunner and sustainable finance advisor for the transaction. Centurion intends to list the notes on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, with trading expected to begin on or about Sep, 02 2026.
