The on-market purchases were executed at prices between HK$1.15 and HK$1.16 per share, for an aggregate consideration of HK$5.99 million. Including the latest transaction, 7Road has bought back 121.43 million shares under the repurchase mandate approved on 26 May 2026. This represents 4.42% of the 2.75 billion shares in issue on the mandate date. Overall, 125.98 million shares repurchased between 18 May and 26 June 2026—including the latest 5.20 million shares—remain to be cancelled. Upon cancellation, the company’s issued share capital would fall by roughly 4.59% from 2.75 billion to about 2.62 billion shares.

Repurchase prices during the period have ranged from HK$0.55 to HK$1.19 per share, reflecting a gradual upward trend in the stock’s trading levels. The board confirmed that all buybacks were conducted in accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules and other applicable regulations.
