Yihai International Holding Ltd. announced that Ms. Chan Yin Wah has resigned as joint company secretary, authorized representative under Listing Rule 3.05, and process agent under Hong Kong’s Companies Ordinance, effective 25 August 2026. The company confirmed that Ms. Chan has no disagreement with the board and that no other matters require shareholder attention.

Effective the same date, Ms. Lai Hiu Tsing has been appointed to all three positions. Ms. Lai, currently an assistant manager at SWCS Corporate Services Group (Hong Kong) Limited, brings more than eight years of corporate secretarial experience. She became an associate member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute (UK) in 2020. Ms. Lai holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (2014) and a master’s degree in Corporate Governance from Hong Kong Metropolitan University (2019).

The board expressed appreciation for Ms. Chan’s contributions and extended a formal welcome to Ms. Lai in her new roles.

As of the announcement date, Yihai Intl’s board comprises three executive directors—Guo Qiang, Sun Shengfeng, and Zhao Xiaokai; two non-executive directors—Zhang Yong and Zhang Fan; and three independent non-executive directors—Cui Jin, Wang Xin, and Li Ping.
