Famous Tech International Holdings Limited secured full shareholder backing for every motion tabled at its Annual General Meeting on 2 June 2026. All seven resolutions—six ordinary and one special—were carried with 100 per cent of votes cast in favour.
Total voting turnout reached 333.36 million shares, representing approximately 75.0 per cent of the company’s 444.45 million issued shares. No treasury shares were held, and no shareholder was required to abstain.
Key approvals:
1. Financial Statements: The audited consolidated results for the year ended 31 December 2025, together with directors’ and auditors’ reports, were endorsed.
2. Board Composition and Remuneration: • Executive Director Wong Jing Shong and Independent Non-Executive Director Wong Chi Yan were re-elected. • The board received authority to set directors’ remuneration.
3. Auditor Re-appointment: RSM Hong Kong was re-appointed as external auditor with board-approved remuneration.
4. Capital Management Mandates: • General mandates were renewed for share repurchases and for the allotment, issuance and disposal of shares. • The share repurchase mandate can be applied to extend the share issuance authority.
5. Governance Update: Shareholders passed a special resolution adopting a new set of bye-laws, with any director or the company secretary authorised to effect the changes.
