Hygeia Healthcare Holdings Co., Limited (HYGEIA HEALTH) disclosed that it bought back 210,800 ordinary shares on 7 July 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The repurchase was executed at prices ranging from HKD 9.43 to HKD 9.58 per share, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 9.48 and an aggregate consideration of HKD 1.998 million.
Following the transaction, HYGEIA HEALTH’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.0347 % to 607.53 million shares, down from 607.74 million on 30 June 2026. Treasury shares held by the company increased to 10.97 million, equivalent to approximately 1.77 % of the total 618.50 million shares in issue.
The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 26 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 60.77 million shares (10 % of issued shares at the mandate date). To date, 210,800 shares—or 0.35 % of the authorised limit—have been repurchased under this mandate.
In line with Hong Kong listing rules, HYGEIA HEALTH is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 6 August 2026.
