Hong Kong stock exchange disclosures reveal that on August 20, JPMorgan increased its holdings in PHARMARON (03759) by 4,036,431 shares, transacting at a price of HK$34.0393 per share, bringing the total transaction value to approximately HK$137 million.
Following this acquisition, JPMorgan's latest share count stands at roughly 30,990,300 shares, which translates to a 8.6% ownership stake in the company.
