On 25 August 2026, Pharmaron Beijing Co., Ltd. (Pharmaron) announced that the English- and Chinese-language versions of the following documents have been uploaded to both the company website (www.pharmaron.com / www.pharmaron.cn) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk):

1. Circular of the 2026 First Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) & 2026 First H-Share Class Meeting 2. Notice of the 2026 First Extraordinary General Meeting 3. Notice of the 2026 First H-Share Class Meeting

Non-registered holders whose shares are held through CCASS may access these materials online. Shareholders preferring hard copies can complete and return a request form to the H-share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. The registrar will dispatch printed versions in English, Chinese, or both, according to the shareholder’s selection.
