Pharmaron Announces First 2026 H-Share Class Meeting; Seeks Share Repurchase Mandate

Pharmaron Beijing Co., Ltd. (PHARMARON) has scheduled its first 2026 H-Share Class Meeting for 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, 10 September 2026, at the company’s headquarters, 6 Tai-He Road, Economic Technological Development Area, Beijing.

The sole agenda item is a special resolution to grant the Board a Repurchase Mandate authorizing the company to buy back its H shares.

Key timetable and participation details: • Share transfer deadline: H-shareholders intending to attend must lodge share certificates with Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, 4 September 2026. • Record date: Only H-shareholders on the register as of Monday, 7 September 2026 are eligible to vote. • Register closure: The H-share register will be closed from 7 September to 10 September 2026, inclusive; no share transfers will be processed during this period. • Proxy submission: Completed proxy forms must reach Tricor Investor Services by 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, 9 September 2026 (Hong Kong time).

Voting at the meeting will be conducted by poll, and results will be posted on the websites of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (www.hkexnews.hk) and Pharmaron (www.pharmaron.com).
