Fameglow Holdings Limited (Fameglow) disclosed that its indirect wholly-owned unit, Sohadagenso Hong Kong Limited, signed a Technology Development Agreement with Hongkong Sunseeker Technology Limited on 15 July 2026. The engagement mandates Sunseeker to create a bespoke artificial-intelligence anti-aging model that will underpin a new digital health-management platform and mobile application (APP).

The AI solution will integrate comprehensive analysis of users’ anti-aging and health-assessment reports, generate personalised wellness plans, and recommend targeted products. Fameglow intends to merge the APP’s data-driven insights with its 17-year operational base in medical aesthetics, converting episodic clinic visits into continuous digital interactions. Management expects higher customer engagement, stronger brand loyalty and expanded cross-selling opportunities across the Group’s offline medical aesthetic services and online/offline product portfolio.

By outsourcing model development to Sunseeker—an enterprise-level AI transformation provider with experience serving listed companies—Fameglow anticipates faster time-to-market and optimised R&D expenditure. The Board views the cooperation as a strategic move to establish an early presence in the emerging “AI + Anti-aging” segment and to create sustainable revenue streams.
