CNBM Subsidiary Tianshan Material Posts RMB 3.19 Billion Interim Loss on 16% Revenue Slide

China National Building Material Company Limited (CNBM, 03323.HK) disclosed the unaudited interim results of its Shenzhen-listed subsidiary, Tianshan Material Co., Ltd., for the six months ended 30 June 2026.

Operating Performance • Revenue fell 16.18% year on year to RMB 30.16 billion, reversing the prior-year upward trend. • The period recorded a net loss attributable to Tianshan Material shareholders of RMB 3.19 billion, compared with a RMB 0.92 billion loss a year earlier. • After excluding non-recurring items, the loss widened to RMB 3.55 billion versus RMB 1.08 billion in the same period of 2025.

Profitability and Returns • Basic and diluted earnings per share both slid to a loss of RMB 0.449, down from a loss of RMB 0.130 in the prior-year period. • Weighted average return on net assets deteriorated to –4.33%, a 3.21-percentage-point decline.

Cash Flow • Net cash used in operating activities reached RMB 0.93 billion, contrasting with an inflow of RMB 1.94 billion in the corresponding period last year.

Balance-Sheet Highlights • Total assets edged up 1.50% from year-end 2025 to RMB 280.10 billion. • Net assets attributable to shareholders declined 4.25% to RMB 72.09 billion, reflecting the interim loss.

Additional Information The interim results incorporate adjustments arising from prior-period accounting error corrections announced on 30 March 2026.
