BYD and Honor Forge Deep Smartphone-Vehicle Connectivity Partnership with Seamless Address and Music Transfer

BYD announced on August 25 that it has established a deep smartphone-vehicle connectivity collaboration with Honor, enabling one-drag address transfer, seamless music continuation, and one-phrase voice activation via WeChat scan (requiring DiLink 100 or above smart cockpit platforms).

In October 2025, Honor and BYD signed a strategic cooperation agreement focused on advancing core technologies and feature implementation, channel ecosystem and user benefits, and joint communication and user outreach across three main tracks.

The partnership between the two companies has a long history. Since 2023, Honor and BYD have achieved technological breakthroughs in NFC phone car keys, allowing BYD owners to conveniently lock and unlock their vehicles using Honor smartphones. By 2024, the collaboration expanded to include in-car fast charging scenarios.

In 2025, the two parties deepened their coordination based on the smartphone-vehicle connectivity technology foundation, with the Denza brand being the first to integrate the Honor car connectivity system. This has since been gradually extended to cover all BYD brands, enabling seamless cross-device interaction and service flow.

With this latest development, Byd Company Limited (002594.SZ) continues to enhance its intelligent ecosystem, reinforcing its commitment to integrating consumer electronics with automotive technology for a more connected user experience.
