SUNAC SERVICES (01516) has released its interim results for the first half of 2026, reporting a net profit attributable to shareholders of approximately RMB 124 million, marking a year-on-year increase of about 2%.

During the reporting period, the company generated revenue of roughly RMB 3.222 billion, representing a decline of approximately 9% compared to the same period last year. Gross profit stood at around RMB 667 million, down about 14% year-on-year. Basic earnings per share reached RMB 0.04.

According to the company's announcement, the revenue decline is primarily attributed to the disposal of its stake in a subsidiary, Zhangtai Services, which was completed in the second half of 2025. As a result, the operating performance of that entity was no longer consolidated into the group's financial statements for the six months ended June 30, 2026, whereas it had been included during the corresponding period in the previous year. Excluding this impact, the group's revenue for the period still decreased by approximately 2.3% compared to the prior year.
