CHINA ENV TEC (00646) announced its annual results for the period ended December 31, 2025. The group recorded revenue of HK$30.693 million, an increase of 8.73% compared to the previous year. The loss attributable to the company's owners was HK$52.398 million, representing a significant expansion of 70.45% year-on-year. The loss per share was HK 15.29 cents.

The increase in the group's loss was primarily attributed to greater exchange losses on Renminbi-denominated payables and debts due to the appreciation of the Renminbi against the Hong Kong dollar. Additionally, the prior year included a combined benefit of approximately HK$8.8 million from the settlement of a loan and the waiver of trade and other payables, whereas no such gains or income were recorded in the current year.
