King's Stone Holdings Group Limited reported a marginal expansion of its share base for May 2026 after employees exercised share options granted under the scheme adopted on 26 September 2025.
The total number of issued ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) increased by 525,000 to 1.03 billion, representing a 0.05% month-on-month rise. All new shares were created through option exercises; no treasury shares were involved. Proceeds from these option exercises were stated as HKD 0.
Outstanding options under the scheme declined from 19.95 million to 19.43 million. The mandate still allows for up to 100.00 million shares to be issued upon future grants and exercises.
Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 5.00 billion shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 50.00 million.
Public float remained compliant with the Main Board’s minimum 25% threshold as at 31 May 2026. No warrants, convertible securities, new treasury shares, or other equity-linked instruments were issued or redeemed during the month.
