7Road Boosts Ongoing Buyback: Repurchases 1.37 Million Shares on 17 July; Cumulative Total Climbs to 234.62 Million

7Road Holdings Limited (7Road) has reported fresh progress in its share repurchase programme. According to a resubmitted Next Day Disclosure Return filed on 17 July 2026, the company bought back 1.37 million ordinary shares on-market that day at HK$1.10 apiece, spending HK$1.50 million. All of these shares are earmarked for cancellation.

Key disclosures:

• Capital base unchanged: Issued share capital remained at 2.75 billion shares (2,747.74 million) on both 16 July and 17 July 2026, as the newly repurchased shares had not yet been cancelled.

• Active buyback window: Between 18 May and 17 July 2026, 7Road executed 35 separate repurchase transactions. Volumes per trade ranged from 30,000 to 14.99 million shares at prices between HK$0.55 and HK$1.19, all pending cancellation.

• Scale of mandate utilisation: Under the repurchase mandate approved on 26 May 2026, the company is authorised to repurchase up to 274.77 million shares. To date, 234.62 million shares—equivalent to 8.54% of the shares outstanding on the mandate date—have been bought, leaving capacity for a further 40.15 million shares.

• Moratorium in place: In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board Rule 10.06(3)(a), 7Road cannot issue new shares or dispose of treasury stock until 16 August 2026.

The board affirmed that all repurchase activities complied with relevant listing rules and regulatory requirements, and that there have been no material changes to the Explanatory Statement dated 24 April 2026.
