CARRY WEALTH (HKEX: 00643) has announced board changes effective from July 9, 2026. Mr. Lam Chi Wing has resigned from his positions as an Independent Non-executive Director, a member of the Board Audit Committee, and as Chairman of both the Board Remuneration Committee and the Board Nomination Committee due to personal work adjustments.
Concurrently, from the same date, Mr. Li Canhua has been appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director, a member of the Audit Committee, and as Chairman of both the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee.
