Jul 29

Kaisa Health Group Holdings Limited (KAISAHEALTH-NEW) announced on 30 July 2026 that the bilingual circular for its forthcoming Special General Meeting (SGM) is now available on both the company website (www.kaisahealth.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies have been dispatched to shareholders who previously opted for hard-copy communications.

In line with Rule 2.07 of the Listing Rules, Kaisa Health has formally shifted to electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. Both English and Chinese versions will be provided online, replacing routine mailings.

Non-registered shareholders must supply a functional email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited to receive electronic notifications. Without a valid email on record, such shareholders will not receive alerts and will need to monitor the company and HKEXnews websites independently.

Holders preferring physical documents can request printed copies at no cost by submitting the enclosed reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (17M F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong) or by emailing ada@kaisahealth.com.

Enquiries regarding the new arrangement should be directed to the same email address. The notice was issued under the authority of Chairman Kwok Ying Shing.
