The company announced that it has been selected by Hang Seng Indexes Company as a constituent of 23 Hang Seng indices, including the Hang Seng Composite Index and the Hang Seng Biotechnology Index, effective from September 7 and September 14 respectively. Additionally, it will be added to the Hang Seng Stock Connect AI Theme Index, also effective from September 14. Being included in these Hang Seng indices confirms that the company has met the criteria for inclusion in the Stock Connect trading scheme.

Notably, DIAGENS-B is the only company added to the Hang Seng Biotechnology Index during this index review, underscoring the market's strong recognition of its technological capabilities and industry standing in the AI-enabled healthcare sector. As one of the few pure-play AI4S (AI for Science) targets listed in Hong Kong, the company has established a comprehensive ecosystem spanning data-to-model, model-to-product, and product-to-clinical applications.

Against the backdrop of the AI4S industry wave and substantial southbound capital allocation demand, this dual inclusion in the Hang Seng Index series is expected to significantly boost the stock's liquidity and trading activity, unlocking considerable upside potential for the company's valuation.
