On 2 June 2026, Kaisa Health Group Holdings Limited released its Special General Meeting circular in both English and Chinese. The document is now accessible on the company’s website (www.kaisahealth.com) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders who previously elected to receive hard-copy communications will receive the printed circular by mail at no cost.

In accordance with Listing Rule 2.07, Kaisa Health has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. Both language versions of forthcoming reports, notices, circulars and proxy forms will be provided online only, replacing printed distribution.

Non-registered shareholders intending to receive electronic notifications must supply a functional email address to their respective intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Failure to do so may prevent the receipt of publication alerts, requiring shareholders to check the company and HKEXnews websites proactively.

Holders who prefer printed communications can submit the accompanying reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or send an email request to ada@kaisahealth.com.
