On 29 April 2026, Bank of Guizhou Co., Ltd. announced the release of its 2025 Annual Report and 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report. Both documents, in English and Chinese, are now accessible on the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the Bank’s corporate site (www.bgzchina.com). Printed copies have been dispatched only to shareholders who previously elected hard-copy delivery.

The notification reaffirms the electronic-only dissemination model introduced on 7 March 2024. Future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be provided exclusively online. Both language versions will be posted on the Bank’s and HKEXnews websites; printed editions will no longer be sent automatically.

Because no functional email addresses have been received from intermediaries, non-registered shareholders are urged to supply an email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited to ensure timely receipt of actionable communications required under the Listing Rules.

Shareholders who still prefer printed materials may complete the enclosed reply form or email the Bank at irm@bgzchina.com, specifying name, address and the request for hard copies. The Bank’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, will handle such requests and distribute printed documents free of charge.
