Zylox-Tonbridge Medical Buys Back 56,500 H Shares, Lifting Treasury Stock to 12.78 Million

Zylox-Tonbridge Medical Technology Co., Ltd. executed an on-market repurchase of 56,500 H shares on 25 August 2026, paying between HKD 20.54 and HKD 21.20 per share. The aggregate consideration amounted to HKD 1.18 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s outstanding share capital (excluding treasury shares) slipped to 323.57 million, down 0.017 % from the previous day’s 323.63 million. Treasury shares increased to 12.78 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 336.35 million.

Since receiving shareholder approval on 13 May 2026, Zylox-Tonbridge Medical has repurchased a cumulative 3.88 million shares—equivalent to 1.16 % of the share count on the mandate date—against an authorised limit of 32.72 million shares.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 24 September 2026.
