Hanvey Group Holdings Limited announced on 8 May 2026 that its latest circular together with the notice of the upcoming Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) is now available on both the company’s website (www.hanveygroup.com.hk) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board recommends shareholders review the digital versions but confirms that printed copies of the current and all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, quarterly reports, meeting notices, listing documents and proxy forms—can be obtained free of charge upon request.

Non-registered shareholders who hold shares via banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries may: 1. Register an email address with their intermediary to receive electronic notifications, or 2. Complete and return the enclosed request form to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests can be sent by prepaid post within Hong Kong or by email to 8219-ecom@vistra.com.
