Kaisa Prosperity Publishes 2025 Annual Report and Switches to Full Electronic Dissemination of Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express
Apr 30

On 30 April 2026, Kaisa Prosperity Holdings Limited announced that its 2025 Annual Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.jzywy.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies have been mailed only to shareholders who previously opted for hard-copy materials.

In line with Listing Rule 2.07, the group has formally adopted an electronic-only distribution model for all future corporate communications, including annual and interim reports, notices of meetings, circulars and proxy forms.

Non-registered shareholders are advised to provide a functional email address to their respective intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians or HKSCC Nominees—to ensure timely receipt of publication notifications. Without an email address on record, shareholders will need to monitor the company and HKEXnews websites directly for new documents.

Shareholders preferring hard-copy documents may submit a written request or the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, or send an email to IR2168@kaisagroup.com. The company will provide printed materials free of charge upon receipt of the request.

The notice was issued by order of the Board and signed by Chairman Kwok Ying Shing.
