China Environmental Technology to Hold 5 June 2026 AGM; Shareholders to Vote on FY2025 Results, Director Re-elections and Share Mandates

China Environmental Technology Holdings Limited has issued the formal proxy materials for its Annual General Meeting scheduled for 5 June 2026 at 2:30 p.m. in Beijing. The agenda lists 10 ordinary resolutions that require shareholder approval.

1. Financial Statements • Adoption of the audited financial statements and the directors’ and auditors’ reports for the year ended 31 December 2025.

2. Board Composition • Re-election of five directors: executive director Yang Baodong and independent non-executive directors Tse Chi Wai, Zhu Nanwen, and Li Jun. • Authorisation for the board or its committee to determine directors’ remuneration.

3. Auditor • Re-appointment of ZHONGHUI ANDA CPA Limited as external auditor and authorisation for the board to set its remuneration.

4. Share Capital Authorities • General mandate allowing the board to issue and deal in additional shares up to 20% of the company’s issued share capital. • General mandate permitting the board to repurchase shares up to 10% of issued share capital. • Extension of the issuance mandate by the number of shares repurchased under the buy-back mandate.

Proxy Arrangements Shareholders may appoint a proxy to attend and vote; completed proxy forms must reach Tricor Investor Services Limited no later than 48 hours before the meeting. Each share carries one vote on a poll. Attendance in person supersedes any proxy previously submitted.
