Fameglow Reports Zero Share Movement in July 2026; Issued Shares Steady at 818.92 Million

Fameglow Holdings Limited filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming no changes to either its authorised or issued share capital during the month.

The authorised share capital remains at 10 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, translating to HKD 100.00 million in total authorised capital. Issued share capital is unchanged at 818.92 million ordinary shares, and the company holds no treasury shares.

Fameglow affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement, maintaining at least 25% of its issued shares in public hands as of month-end.

Under the Share Option Scheme adopted on 21 September 2018, 80.00 million options remain outstanding. No options were exercised, and no new shares were issued or repurchased. The company reported no outstanding warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments.

All required regulatory confirmations were submitted by Director Yip Chun Kwok Danny, MH, indicating adherence to Hong Kong listing rules and related legal obligations.
