Bank of Guizhou Co., Ltd. (stock name: Bank of Guizhou) announced on 29 April 2026 that its 2025 Annual Report and 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report are now available in both English and Chinese on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the Bank’s own website (www.bgzchina.com).

Shareholders who previously elected to receive printed materials will receive hard copies of the two reports by mail. Others may request complimentary printed versions by emailing irm@bgzchina.com or writing to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

The Bank reiterated its transition to an electronic-only model for disseminating all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—via its website and HKEXnews. To ensure prompt delivery of “Actionable Corporate Communications” (documents that require shareholder instructions or elections), investors are encouraged to provide a valid email address by scanning the personalised QR code or returning the enclosed reply form.

If a functional email address is not supplied, the Bank will continue sending actionable documents in printed form until digital contact details are furnished. Shareholders preferring physical copies of all future communications may request them for a one-year period by submitting the reply form or emailing their request, including name and address, to irm@bgzchina.com.
