Dongfang Electric Corporation Limited (stock code: 01072) has announced key changes to its corporate administration team, effective 25 August 2026.

• Resignation: Ms. Tsang Wing Man will step down as Joint Company Secretary, Authorised Representative under Listing Rule 3.05 and Process Agent under Listing Rule 19A.13(2) and Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, citing job reallocation. She confirmed no disagreements with the Board and no matters requiring shareholder attention.

• Appointment: Ms. Hau Hei Man Sonya, currently Vice President of SWCS Corporate Services Group (Hong Kong) Limited, will succeed Ms. Tsang in all three capacities—Joint Company Secretary, Authorised Representative and Process Agent—on the same effective date.

• Continuity: Mr. Feng Yong will continue as the other Joint Company Secretary; the Stock Exchange has confirmed his qualifications under Listing Rule 3.28.

Ms. Hau is an associate of both The Chartered Governance Institute (UK) and The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Manchester Metropolitan University and a Master of Science in Professional Accounting and Corporate Governance from City University of Hong Kong.

The Board expressed appreciation to Ms. Tsang for her service and welcomed Ms. Hau to the Company.

As of the announcement date, Dongfang Electric’s Board comprises two Non-executive Directors (Mr. Luo Qianyi—Chairman, and Mr. Zhang Shaofeng), two Executive Directors (Mr. Zhang Yanjun and Mr. Sun Guojun) and three Independent Non-executive Directors (Mr. Huang Feng, Mr. Zeng Daorong and Ms. Chen Yu).
