Kaisa Health Announces Availability of Special General Meeting Circular and Shifts to E-Communications

Bulletin Express
Aug 12

Kaisa Health Group Holdings Limited released its latest shareholder communication on 13 August 2026, confirming that the bilingual circular and proxy form for the upcoming New Special General Meeting are now accessible on both the company’s website (www.kaisahealth.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders who previously elected to receive hard-copy materials will find printed English and Chinese versions enclosed with the notice.

In line with Rule 2.07 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, the board has formally adopted an electronic dissemination model for all future corporate communications. Going forward, shareholders will receive publication notices either by post or email, according to their individual preferences, while full documents will be posted online. Actionable corporate communications—those requiring shareholder instructions or elections—will continue to be distributed individually in the chosen format (print or email) in addition to online posting.

To ensure prompt receipt of future documents, shareholders are urged to provide a valid email address. This can be done by scanning a personalised QR code on the enclosed Reply Form, returning the completed form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong) or emailing ada@kaisahealth.com. If no functional email address is supplied, shareholders must monitor the company and HKEXnews websites for updates and will receive only printed actionable communications.

Shareholders preferring to continue with printed materials may indicate this on the Reply Form or via email. Such requests remain valid for one year from receipt of instruction, after which renewal will be required.

Enquiries can be directed to ada@kaisahealth.com. The notice is issued under the authority of Chairman Kwok Ying Shing on behalf of the board of Kaisa Health Group Holdings Limited.
