Bulletin Express
Jul 30

China Overseas Grand Oceans Group Limited, incorporated in Hong Kong and listed under stock code 00081, will transition to an electronic-only model for all future corporate communications, effective immediately.

According to a shareholder letter dated 31 July 2026, the company will publish directors’ reports, annual and interim accounts, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms (collectively “Corporate Communications”) exclusively on its corporate website (https://www.cogogl.com.hk) and on Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited’s (HKEX) website (https://www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be dispatched to either registered or non-registered shareholders unless a written request is submitted.

The company will also cease issuing separate notifications when new documents are uploaded. Shareholders are encouraged to monitor the two websites directly or activate e-alert services: • Company subscription page – https://www.cogogl.com.hk/en/investors/subscription • HKEX e-alert service – https://www.hkex.com.hk/eng/invest/user/login_e.aspx

Shareholders preferring hard copies can complete a request form—available on the reverse side of the circular or downloadable from the company’s website—and submit it to the share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) or email 81-ecom@vistra.com. The request will remain valid until the end of the company’s next financial year unless revoked or superseded by a new written instruction.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s customer service hotline at +852 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (excluding public holidays), or by email to 81-ecom@vistra.com.

The initiative aligns with Hong Kong’s Companies Ordinance, the Listing Rules of HKEX and the company’s articles of association, supporting cost efficiency and environmental objectives through reduced paper consumption.
