Finsoft Financial Investment Holdings Limited (Finsoft Financial) has released its Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report for the year ended 31 December 2025, detailing progress across emissions management, employee practices and community contribution.
Environmental Performance • Greenhouse-gas emissions fell 5.9% year on year to 38.67 tonnes of CO₂e, entirely Scope 2 (purchased electricity). • Electricity consumption declined 3.1% to 95,977 kWh, cutting energy intensity to 1,432.49 kWh per employee (2024: 1,501.50 kWh). • Paper-waste recycling rose to 0.22 tonnes, from 0.08 tonnes in 2024; no hazardous waste was generated. • Finsoft participates in Hong Kong’s “Carbon Audit • Green Partner” scheme and reports full compliance with applicable environmental regulations, with no recorded violations.
Labour & Workplace Metrics • Headcount rose marginally to 67 (2024: 66); 70% are male and 30% female. Hong Kong staff totalled 49 and Mainland China staff 18. • Overall employee turnover eased to 20% (2024: 30%), with no child or forced labour identified. • Training covered 73% of employees, averaging 2.69 hours per person; senior-management participation reached 100%. • No work-related fatalities or injury-related lost-time days were reported for the third consecutive year. • The company reports full compliance with employment, minimum-wage, MPF, occupational-safety and anti-discrimination laws.
Supply Chain & Data Protection • Active relationships with 11 suppliers (9 Hong Kong, 1 Mainland China, 1 Europe); environmental and social risk reviews embedded in supplier assessments. • Data privacy safeguarded under Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance; no significant customer-complaint or product-recall cases recorded.
Governance & Ethics • The Board retains ultimate oversight of ESG strategy, supported by an ESG Working Group. • Zero corruption cases; directors and senior managers completed targeted anti-corruption and anti-money-laundering training.
Community Investment • Charitable donations totalled HK$0.38 million, directed to Yan Chai Hospital for healthcare, education and social-welfare programmes.
Finsoft Financial states it will continue integrating the UN Sustainable Development Goals into operations and explore digital solutions to further cut resource use and waste.
