ZYBANK has announced the appointment of Mr. Zhang Tao as an Executive Director to its third-term Board of Directors, following a review and approval by the board.
In a separate development, Mr. Zhang Tao was elected as Vice Chairman of the bank's third-term Board of Directors at a board meeting held on June 29, 2026. His tenure in this role will commence from the date his qualification is approved by the National Financial Regulatory Administration's Henan Provincial Bureau and will continue until the conclusion of the current board's term. Upon expiry, he will be eligible for re-election.
