The group delivers internationally benchmarked ophthalmology services under the "C-MER Eye" brand, addressing a wide spectrum of eye conditions ranging from common ailments to rare and complex diseases. In addition, the company operates Top Eye Centre Limited ("Top Eye"), a Hong Kong-based provider of ophthalmic services with over two decades of operational history, alongside Optometrist Eye Centre Limited, a vision care group offering myopia control, optometric assessments, and prescription eyewear and contact lens fitting services across Hong Kong.
As of June 30, 2026, the ophthalmology and related services network comprised five day-surgery centers, eight satellite clinics, and seven optometry centers. Since 2021, the company has expanded into dental, oncology, and other medical services in Hong Kong, which as of the reporting date included six dental clinics, one endoscopy center, and one oncology center.
In July 2022, the group initiated a clinical research business, potentially opening doors for collaborations with various biotechnology firms on research and clinical initiatives.
