China Sinostar Group Company Limited has published its 2026 Annual Report, the accompanying circular dated 31 July 2026 containing the notice of the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the proxy form (collectively, the “Current Corporate Communication”).

The full English and Chinese versions are now accessible on both the company’s website (www.00485.hk) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders are encouraged to review these materials online as the preferred method of communication.

Shareholders who previously elected to receive printed documents will find hard copies enclosed with the notification letter. Those encountering difficulties with email notifications or website access may request printed copies of the Current Corporate Communication—and all future corporate communications—at no cost by completing the provided reply form and returning it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label or via email to is-ecom@vistra.com.

Maintaining a valid email address with the company’s branch share registrar is the responsibility of each registered shareholder. Without a functional email on record, shareholders will receive only hard-copy notices and actionable corporate communications until an updated address is supplied.
