On 29 June 2026, ZHONGHUA GAS issued a supplemental announcement to its annual results for the year ended 31 March 2026, originally published on 26 June 2026.

The Board reported that the Audit Committee has thoroughly reviewed the Group’s FY 2026 financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and requirements.

Management emphasised that the additional disclosure does not alter any figures or narratives contained in the previously released annual results; all other information remains unchanged.

The supplemental announcement was authorised by Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director Chan Wing Yuen, Hubert, on behalf of the Board. It will be available on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website and the company’s website for at least seven days from the publication date.
