INGDAN (00400.HK) saw its shares climb nearly 7% during Tuesday morning trading, last up 5.21% at HK$4.04, with turnover reaching HK$8.11 million. The sharp move comes as the company confirmed the formal execution of its landmark AI service agreements.

On July 16, INGDAN unveiled its strategic push into the vertical AI Token factory sector, disclosing that cumulative意向 service orders had surpassed the $1 billion threshold. By August 24, these preliminary commitments were converted into legally binding service contracts.

Under the terms of the agreements, the related services are slated to commence formal delivery in the fourth quarter of 2026, generating aggregate service fee revenue exceeding $1 billion for the company over the next five years. The board believes the formalization of these service orders further validates the commercial viability of the Token factory business model, underscoring the group's strategic transformation from an AI chip hardware supplier to a vertical Token factory operator, and is expected to propel Token operation services into a new growth engine for the group.

In terms of client composition, INGDAN has successfully onboarded leading-tier internet cloud service providers and prominent players in the robotics vertical market, positioning its customer portfolio with a blend of scale and growth potential.
