Kaisa Health (HKG: 00876) has issued an announcement regarding a significant share consolidation.
The company will reduce its issued share capital by 4.941 billion shares, effective June 24, 2026.
This reduction is a result of a share consolidation where every 50 existing shares will be combined into one new share.
Following this consolidation, the company will issue 2.79 million new consolidated ordinary shares.
