Built on the "AI for Process" philosophy, the award-winning project pioneers a three-tier, full-chain cognitive agent architecture encompassing "smart strategy, smart operations, and smart execution." Leveraging over two decades of deep industry know-how and real-world business corpus accumulated through its supply chain operations, Kejie deconstructed and reconstructed business processes across warehousing, transportation, and fulfillment scenarios, establishing a closed-loop mechanism that spans process identification, role mapping, task decomposition, rule refinement, capability encapsulation, workflow orchestration, and feedback iteration.
On the technical front, the project integrates a supply chain vertical large language model (KingKoo Smart Chain), enterprise-grade dynamic knowledge graphs, a semantic-data bidirectional mapping engine, and cross-system API gateways, enabling agents to genuinely comprehend complex supply chain data structures and operational standards. At the algorithmic level, the initiative incorporates numerous proprietary algorithms developed by Kejie, achieving a leap from "being able to answer questions" to "being able to execute tasks" and ultimately to "calculating clear returns."
Currently, this project has been deployed at scale across more than 100 warehousing centers nationwide and has passed the extreme stress test of the 2025 Double 11 shopping festival's tens of millions of daily orders. In practical application, it has demonstrated significant cost-reduction and efficiency-enhancement value: natural language-based intelligent data retrieval compresses single-query time from dozens of minutes to 10-30 seconds, boosting overall query efficiency by 90% and saving over 3,000 manual working hours monthly; contract review efficiency has improved by more than 50%, with risk clause identification accuracy exceeding 95%; warehouse network layout solution production time has been slashed from five days to two hours; and a 3D packaging material optimization algorithm successfully streamlined box types for a beauty client from over 20 varieties to just 8, saving 200,000 yuan in annual consumables costs. Additionally, leveraging intelligent prediction and preemptive intervention, the system reduced losses at national warehouses by over one million yuan during peak promotional periods, significantly enhancing fulfillment stability during high-demand events.
As a "technology-driven industry supply chain expert," Kejie holds the nation's highest 5A-level logistics qualification, manages an annual comprehensive business scale exceeding 6 billion yuan, operates nearly 200 warehouses totaling close to one million square meters of storage space, and its warehousing network covers 31 provincial-level administrative regions and over 300 cities across China.
