WING LEE PPT (00864) announced that the group expects to record a net loss of approximately HK$266 million to HK$268 million for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, compared to a net loss of about HK$234 million in 2024. The increase is primarily attributable to (i) a higher net decrease in the fair value of the group's investment properties for the year ending December 31, 2025, relative to a lower net decrease in 2024; and (ii) a reduction in rental income from approximately HK$26.8 million in 2024 to around HK$21.2 million in 2025, due to the provision of additional rental concessions to retain tenants. The group also anticipates recording other comprehensive expenses of approximately HK$32 million to HK$34 million for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, compared to other comprehensive expenses of about HK$40.1 million in 2024. This is mainly due to a decrease in the fair value of the fund and fund properties in 2025. These unrealized valuation changes, which are non-cash items and will not be reclassified to profit or loss, do not impact the group's daily operations or cash flow. Total comprehensive expenses for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, are expected to be approximately HK$299 million to HK$301 million, compared to total comprehensive expenses of about HK$274 million in 2024.
