FAMOUS TECH INT (08100) has announced that, following a further review of the recent performance of its securities investment business segment, a reassessment of financial assets has been conducted. Notably, one financial asset held by the group as of December 31, 2025, was delisted from the stock exchange after the publication of the first financial information update announcement. This delisting necessitates a reduction of approximately HK$6.1 million in both realized and unrealized gains for financial assets measured at fair value through profit or loss. As a result, the segment profit for the securities investment business, previously disclosed in earlier announcements at about HK$10.8 million, is now expected to decrease to approximately HK$4.7 million. Due to the reduced gains on financial assets at fair value through profit or loss following the second financial information update, the group anticipates reporting a net loss not exceeding HK$1 million for the 2025 fiscal year. This contrasts with the net profit of approximately HK$7.2 million recorded in the 2024 fiscal year.
