GREEN TEA GROUP (06831) has announced a change in its corporate governance structure, with Ms. Li Shaojuan stepping down from several key roles effective August 24, 2026, due to adjustments in her work arrangements.

Ms. Li has resigned from her positions as Joint Company Secretary, the authorized representative for receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under Rule 19.05(2) of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622), as well as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules.

In a corresponding move, Ms. Ma Haiqi has been appointed as the new Joint Company Secretary, Legal Process Agent, and Authorized Representative, with her tenure also commencing on August 24, 2026.
