KAISA HEALTH Releases 2025 Annual Report and Confirms Full Transition to Electronic Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express
Apr 28

Kaisa Health Group Holdings Limited announced that its 2025 Annual Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.kaisahealth.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies have been dispatched only to shareholders who previously elected hard-copy delivery.

The board confirmed adoption of an electronic dissemination policy for all future corporate communications in accordance with Listing Rule 2.07. Shareholders are therefore expected to access documents online, and non-registered holders should provide functional email addresses to their respective intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited—to receive electronic notifications.

If an email address is not supplied, shareholders may miss publication alerts and will need to check the two websites proactively. Stakeholders preferring printed materials can submit a written request or the enclosed reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or email ada@kaisahealth.com. Printed copies will be sent free of charge upon receipt of such requests.

Enquiries regarding the new arrangements should be directed to ada@kaisahealth.com. The notice was signed by Chairman Kwok Ying Shing and dated 29 April 2026.
