YOFC (06869) has announced that its board of directors resolved at a meeting held on 21 August 2026 to propose the adoption of a 2026 H-share incentive plan, with the board or authorised parties tasked to manage and operate the plan, determine the list of eligible participants, and set the grant dates, vesting dates and vesting conditions for the incentive shares.

The incentive shares involved in the awards are to be existing H-shares purchased by the trustee from the secondary market, following the company's instructions. Over the entire duration of the plan, the maximum number of H-shares that may be granted under the 2026 plan shall not exceed 10 million H-shares, representing approximately 1.21% of the company's total issued share capital on the date of adoption.
