Taizhou Water Group Co., Ltd. (01542) reported no changes to its share capital structure for February 2026. The authorized share capital remained at 200.00 million yuan, composed of 50.00 million H shares and 150.00 million domestic shares, each with a par value of 1 yuan. The issued share capital also remained at 50.00 million H shares and 150.00 million domestic shares, all without any treasury shares.
The company confirmed that it satisfied the public float requirement for H shares, and no new share options, warrants, convertibles, or other agreements to issue shares were reported during the month.
