Carry Wealth Holdings Limited announced that its net loss for the year ending 31 December 2025 is expected to widen to approximately HK$46.90 million, compared to a net loss of about HK$33.70 million for the year ended 31 December 2024.
The primary factors behind the anticipated result include a 52.5% drop in revenue—attributed to lower order volumes from major customers in the United States and Europe amid changes in sourcing strategies—and a reduced gross profit margin linked to inflationary pressures on supply chain and subcontractor costs, as well as a shift in product structure favoring woven products over knitted products.
Carry Wealth Holdings Limited advised that these figures are based on a preliminary assessment and have not yet been reviewed by the audit committee. The final results announcement for the year ended 31 December 2025 is expected to be published by 27 March 2026, and caution was urged when dealing in the company’s shares.
