During the reporting period, the company generated operating revenue of RMB 1.915 billion, maintaining a steady growth trajectory. Profit attributable to shareholders reached RMB 224 million. The board recommended an interim dividend of RMB 0.089 per share, representing a year-on-year increase of 12.1%, with the payout ratio rising to 60%.
The company's revenue mix continued to improve during the period, significantly strengthening its ability to withstand economic cycles. Revenue from core property management services grew 17.3% to RMB 840 million, expanding its share of total revenue to 44%. When combined with commercial operations and management services, the figure reached RMB 1.131 billion, up 10.1% year-on-year and representing 59% of total revenue. Overall gross margin held steady at 21.5%.
With property management now accounting for nearly 60% of total revenue, the company's income stability and sustainability have been further reinforced, positioning it for continued steady full-year revenue growth.
