Carry Wealth Holdings Limited has released the English and Chinese versions of its Circular dated 13 May 2026, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Proxy Form. All documents are now accessible on the company’s website (www.carrywealth.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders who have already elected to receive printed materials will find hard-copies enclosed. Those preferring physical documents—or experiencing difficulties accessing the online versions—may complete and sign the accompanying Reply Form and return it to Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) using the prepaid mailing label or via email to 643-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be dispatched free of charge upon request.
