Hygeia Healthcare (Hygeia Healthcare) reported that it bought back 33,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 13 July 2026 under its ongoing share-repurchase programme.
The shares were acquired on-market at prices ranging from HK$9.79 to HK$9.80, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of HK$9.7969 per share and an aggregate consideration of HK$0.32 million.
Following the transaction, Hygeia Healthcare’s outstanding share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell to 607.29 million from 607.32 million, a reduction of 0.0054%. Treasury shares rose to 11.21 million, while the total issued share count remained unchanged at 618.50 million.
The buyback was executed under the mandate approved on 26 June 2026, which authorises the repurchase of up to 60.77 million shares. Cumulative repurchases since the mandate now stand at 452,200 shares, representing 0.0744% of the company’s issued shares on the mandate date. In line with Hong Kong listing regulations, Hygeia Healthcare is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share disposals until 12 August 2026.
The board confirmed that the repurchase complied with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements, and that the consideration for the shares has been fully settled.
